BRIM Director of Programmes and SWCRC Director to guest speak at CIMA Conference

SWCRC South West Cyber Resilience Centre present to CIMA

Joanna Goddard, Director of Programmes at BRIM, and Mark Moore, Director of the South West CRC, are teaming up to support CIMA members at the Survive and Thrive Virtual Conference on March 25th, from 9am-1pm GMT. Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is the world’s largest professional body of management accounts, offering a qualification that is the global leader in management accountancy training. Studying for a CIMA qualification requires members to stay on top of their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) with events like this virtual conference. This talk is one of the highlights in the CIMA 2021 calendar. CIMA has lined up a host of speakers to focus on the topic of resilience, whether it be business protection, continuity or personal well-being. In keeping with this theme, Joanna and Mark will be discussing cyber resilience governance and where to access free and affordable support for cyber resilience services. Other speakers will include: Clare Haynes, founder of Wildfire; best-selling author Jonathan Hemus; Jag Virdie, director of Conker Living; and Lisa Edwards, founder of Evolve2Evolve.
