BRIM is delighted to welcome to the team our new Business Operations Manager, Fiona Grierson.
With extensive experience in multi-agency projects, Fiona will be managing the operational support for BRIM centres across the UK, scheduling the team both here and overseas to meet the requirements of each individual centre.
Coming from a background in Pharma and FinTech, Fiona understands the importance of information security for both large and small organisations, whether that be in-house or remotely. In such a fast-paced industry, Fiona’s experience in the field will provide vital support to the team in delivering operational efficiency nationwide.
In addition to her experiences with big business, Fiona also has working knowledge of a variety SMEs and industries, including tourism, professional services, arts, advertising, and engineering. With such a range of experience, Fiona has a real grasp of the type of daily challenges faced by member organisations of BRIM CRCs, enabling her to offer additional support where it is needed.
With a diverse skill set that includes complex multi-diary management, client relations, office management, UK and international travel planning, as well as proposal coordination and report writing, Fiona was the perfect choice for this role. By overseeing the operational efficiency of our centres, she ensures that we are able to continue to provide high calibre services to UK Policing.
